Who We Are

We established in 2012 to provide professional, reliable and safe home support care to facilitate people who want to remain independent in their home environment surrounded by family and friends.

We deliver supervised home support care services on behalf of the HSE and to clients who engage us in a private capacity. Our service operates 24-hour care, 365 days a year and everything in between. We can also provide back-up respite care service to family carers.

Over the years we have developed excellent professional relationships with Community Nurses, Public Health Nurses and Occupational Therapists who operate in our service areas.

Person-centred Focus

Our person-centred philosophy extends through to clients, stakeholders and carers alike which results in a totally committed frontline care support team. Our team is led by Nursing qualified practitioners, Social Care professionals, and community care professionals and all of their learning and experience feeds into the company ethos and values.

Our field service is delivered by experienced, qualified and dedicated home care professionals. We really get to know our clients and family network and we work to best-fit match carer with client.

Respect, dignity and maintaining and promoting independence and community connections are at the core of every service we provide.

How We Work

We encourage and promote independence with our clients. We focus on their ability and how our support can improve their daily experiences.

We operate a policy of open communication and actively incentivise our staff which encourages and results in high staff retention and excellent care to our clients.

We work in teams and have field supervision to actively support our carers and clients, we promote continuous learning to keep abreast of best practice in care.
