How To Get Started

  • 01. initial Contact

This call is to get a brief outline of your requirements and how our services can support your needs. At this point we arrange for a Home Visit with our Care Manager.

  • 02. Home Visit

This visit allows us to understand fully your requirements and answer any questions you may have to fully understand how our services can help you & your representatives.

  • 03. Tailored Care Plan

We then develop a personalised Care Plan – tailored to meet your specific needs. In a follow-up meeting, we agree the Care Plan in detail and modify to preferred daily routines.  The Care Plan is kept in your home & includes a care diary where we document service delivered.

  • 04. Service Delivery

We match based on care services needed, the interests and the personalities of both the client & available carers. The client will be introduced to their assigned care team all of whom are experienced, QQI Level 5 qualified and Garda vetted as standard.

  • 05. Supervision & Review

Our Supervisors routinely spot check everything is going to plan. Our Care Managers undertake Care Plan Reviews or if specific issues arise they can provide advice, this team liaise with Public Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists and other HSE representatives.

Service Guide

We provide you with a Service User Guide which means information of contact numbers and detail of our company policies are readily to hand.  We actively encourage feedback from clients and their family at all times to ensure the quality of our service.
