We are specialists in Palliative Support Care providing experienced, trained and trusted carers to provide practical and emotional support to families and clients with terminal illness who wish to end their days at home.
Our approach is person-centred care with an emphasis on family support also. The aim is to provide relief from the symptoms and stress of a serious illness.
Palliative care should be as flexible as possible and sensitive to personal, cultural and spiritual values, beliefs and practices of the individual.
The care plan should reflect those wishes and choices and all documentation must be reviewed and updated as necessary to continue to reflect changing needs/requests. If a client requires help to follow their chosen cultural, faith and social lifestyle preferences then we will ensure appropriate guidance and support is provided.

By registering for our back up service, it can provide you with peace of mind, that should you get sick or need to attend an appointment or take a break we can step in and provide reliable, professional care. It is free to register for your back up care service and once registered there is no obligation to avail of the service
