Tallaght University Hospital Coronavirus Information Sheets

Tallaght University Hospital has available information sheets to support those that are cocooning with valuable information around exercising at home, minding their mental health and have access to other useful numbers of different agencies operating in our community.

This information is not just for over 75 ‘cocooners’, but applicable to everybody at this current time of Social Isolation.

Community Supports

This Information Sheet contains details such as the Alone Helpline which provides befriending and food drop services and freephone Service SeniorLine which offers up to date guidance and support for COVID-19 concerns.

Useful local Primary Care Centre phone numbers are also here along with practical information about COVID-19 hygiene and keeping safe.

Keep Moving

This Information Sheet has diagrams of exercises you can do within the home and recommendations of how frequently to do them.

Keeping yourself active will help to keep you strong while you are cocooning at home. It will also really benefit your mental health.

Mental Health

This useful information sheet provides tips to mind your mental health during this pandemic.

This pandemic is a new event and a level of stress and anxiety is inevitable at times.  However, this can get out of control and cause trouble sleeping or constant worry.  There are things we can do to mind ourselves and sheet this provides some good ideas.
